*Tassel has attended 4 trials this year and has made us Proud. At  her 1st Trial - Del Sol 2004,  she was awarded Puppy Champion under David Findlay and Reserve Puppy Champion under Gary Morgan.  Her next show was the Open Colorado Trial where she earned Reserve Bitch Puppy under David Jones.  Her 3rd event was the Wheatland Classics and she earned Puppy Conformation Champion under both Bob and Lynn Clough.  Her final puppy trial was the JRTCC Regional Trial with Steve Ellwood and Tassel once again was Puppy Conformation Champion.  Watch  for her in the under rough broken bitch classes, and here is hoping she continues to shine!*

Tassel is a gorgeous terrier with one of the coolest personalities.  She has a ton of head and bone, and a perfect topline.  Tassel also has wonderful angulation and is a very pretty mover.  Presently, she has a lightly broken coat  with a ton of texture.

Her sire,  Artie, was the JRTCC 2003 Nationals Reserve Open Dog and Best Canadian Bred Terrier.  We couldn't be happier for Artie's owner, Wendy Schmaltz - Aspatria Jack Russells.  Way to do Wendy!!  Her dam, Louise, won her class at the same trial - not bad considering her pups were only 10 weeks old!

Tassel's pedigree represents so much of the blood lines we love, and goes back to so many of our favorites.  We are confident that  she will mature into wonderful  terrier capable of great things....  Watch for her in the coming year.

This June (05)  at the Alberta Terrier Club trial Tassel was Best Open Terrier!

Tassel resides up North with the Aurora crew, and will be attending trials with both Lyn and myself.   We are fortunate to be able to keep her blood in our breeding program even if she doesn't live with us. Lyn and Tassel have been attending Obedience classes - maybe we will see them in the obedience ring next year??
